Contact Us

One inbox, real replies, and honest pointers when someone else can help you faster.

The quickest way to reach the RealMoneyCasino Editorial Team is by email at [email protected]. We read every message. RealMoneyCasino Ltd does not run a phone line or a live chat, and we do not have an office open to visitors.

When to write to us

  • Corrections. If a fact on our site is wrong or out of date (a launch date, a tax threshold, a regulator name), tell us which page and what you think needs changing. A link to the official source helps us fix it faster.
  • Questions about our content. If something in a guide is unclear, ask. Questions often lead to better pages.
  • Business and advertising inquiries from state-licensed operators. Please include your license details in the first email. We do not work with unlicensed or offshore operators, and we will not reply to requests that ask us to list one.
  • Privacy requests, such as asking what data we hold about you or asking us to delete it. See our privacy policy for what to include.

What we can’t help with

RealMoneyCasino is a comparison and information site. We do not run a casino, hold player accounts, or process payments. That means we cannot:

  • see or change your balance at any casino,
  • speed up a withdrawal or reverse a bet,
  • verify your identity documents, or
  • lift a self-exclusion or a deposit limit.

Who to contact instead

If your question is about your own account, the casino’s customer support team is the right first stop. If you have already tried that and the issue is still open, licensed players can take a complaint to the state regulator that licenses the casino:

  • New Jersey: the Division of Gaming Enforcement at nj.gov/oag/ge
  • Pennsylvania: the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board at gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov
  • Michigan: the Michigan Gaming Control Board at michigan.gov/mgcb
  • West Virginia, Delaware, and Rhode Island: the state lottery that oversees online gaming
  • Connecticut: the Department of Consumer Protection, Gaming Division

Keep screenshots, transaction IDs, and copies of your messages with the casino. Regulators will ask for them.

Response times

We aim to answer within 2 business days. Correction requests that involve checking a law or official document can take longer, and we will tell you when the page has been updated. We do not answer messages sent outside business hours any faster, so there is no need to send the same email twice.

If you need help right now

If you are writing because gambling is causing you stress, please do not wait for our reply. Call or text 1-800-GAMBLER at any hour for free, confidential support from the National Council on Problem Gambling’s national helpline, or chat at ncpgambling.org. Our responsible gambling page lists state self-exclusion programs and other tools.

Your email and your data

We use what you send us only to answer your message and, for corrections, to track the fix. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your email address.
